Remote Essentials
Nightly encrypted backups, stored in Canada. Monthly report.
Remote Business
Everything in Remote Essentials, plus priority support and a yearly restore test.
On-site NAS
Backups kept on a network storage device (NAS) at your office. We set it up and monitor it. The device typically costs $400–$1,200.
Common questions
Do we need to buy any equipment?
Not for the Remote plans. A small program on each computer sends its backup every night. The On-site NAS plan needs a storage device, which we help you choose.
How quickly can we get a file back?
Within 1 business day, usually the same day.
How do we know it's working?
You receive a monthly backup report, and we're alerted if a computer misses its nightly backup.
