Our managed services are hosted in Canada. Information submitted through our website contact form is processed by Formspree in the United States before being forwarded to us. You can also contact us directly by email.

Common questions
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The 20-minute call costs nothing. If you'd like a detailed plan and fixed price, the assessment and quote is $950, credited if you go ahead.
Do we need IT staff or technical skills?
No. We set everything up, train your team and handle updates, backups and fixes. Your staff only need a web browser.
Where is our data stored?
On a private server in a Canadian data centre, used only by your organisation. We document where your data is and who can access it.
What software do you use?
Established open-source tools: Zammad for request tracking and Nextcloud for file sharing. There are no licence fees, so you pay for setup and support, not for each user.
What if we want to leave?
You get a full copy of your data in standard formats, and help moving it.
